Examples might include: Innovative curricular revisions; addressing staffing and instructional expertise challenges; and engaging industry as teaching partners
New approaches to student recruitment and outreach
Examples might include: novel models of introductory or interdisciplinary experiences, creative pipeline programs, effective use of modern communication strategies
'How-to' strategies for expanding research collaborations
Examples might include: Summaries and lessons learned from cross-institutional project development or university-Industry partnership development, and other examples of efforts to enhance research networks
Other topics of broad interest to the SOMP community will be considered for limited presentation spots and posters
