Proceedings

All abstracts presented at the 2026 AGM will be compiled into a Proceedings document, which will be published online as open access with CC-BY license.

MANUSCRIPTS ARE NOT REQUESTED. All authors have the option to:

  • publish your original abstract (no further submission required!)

  • update your original abstract (use the form below)

  • submit a brief paper, and request peer review if desired (use the form below)

STANDARD ABSTRACT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Maximum 200 words; no headings or graphics (figures or tables)

  • Enter text as a single paragraph in the form field

  • Use plain text only—no bullets, special formatting, or line breaks (do not press Enter/Return)

Tip: If pasting from Word or another document, please paste as plain text to avoid formatting issues.

BRIEF PAPER INSTRUCTIONS

  • Maximum 2000 words; up to 4 graphics (figures or tables)

  • Submit your paper as a Word file (.docx), using this template

  • Do not modify the template (font styles, paragraph formatting, etc.)

  • Ensure your references are cited and formatted correctly based on the template

If including figures or tables

  • DO NOT include figures or tables in your Word document; the template only calls for a placeholder for each graphic

  • Use the given form fields to upload a separate image for each graphic (.png, .jpg, .tiff, .heic file types accepted) with minimum 300 DPI/PPI resolution

  • Provide a brief caption for each graphic
